SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship to customers within the United States and internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping options. Shipping options, availability & times vary depending on the destination, but generally range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 3-20 business days for international orders.

We are prone to offering free shipping along certain promotions, but is subject to change at any moment. International shipping fees always vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied to international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees.

RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@christianholland.art with your order number and reason for return. Once reviewed, we will provide you with return shipping instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless stated otherwise. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds/replacements if something is wrong with your order. Please get in touch within seven (7) days after your order is delivered.

  • Photos of your product(s) and relevant Issue(s).
  • Description of Relevant Issue(s)

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
